Appointed in 2020, she succeeding in bringing the well-established face-to-face mentoring program online during lockdown, and continues to grow the inclusive WIMnetSA community. Sharon is actively raising awareness, and working towards closing the gender pay-gap as highlighted in the KPMG report, She's Price(d)less. Sharon is a Computer Scientist with 20+ years’ experience in providing professional services to Tier 1 companies, significant government departments, and premium private brands. Sharon has 12+ years’ experience working specifically in the Resources Sector.
