Alex is a proud father of two, working with First Mode to accelerate the decarbonisation of haulage in mining globally, alongside his role changing work for the better in heavy industry with technology together with the Australian Automation & Robotics Precinct in Western Australia.

Alex has over 15 years' experience working at the intersection of technology, frontline mining operations and sustainability with industry leaders like BHP, Microsoft and now Seattle founded First Mode, and is a non-Executive Director of global mining sustainability focussed Not For Profit, CEEC International.
