Rob is the CEO and co-founder of Geminum, a mining software company that solves cross functional problems with digital twins and AI. Geminum designs and builds solutions for and with mining companies and technology vendors that connect people, assets and work to improve total productivity.

Rob is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ experience across the mining and technology industries globally, including substantial operational and major capital projects experience across Australia, Africa, and SE Asia. Rob was the CEO and co-founder of a private exploration & mining company that operated in Africa and PNG and has held executive and VP roles at international technology companies.
