Theresa has had extensive experience building teams and designing organisations from the ground up, in Technology, Investment Banking and Government.

She has worked with to global regulators, boards and executives through to line managers, delivering candid and complex messages, supported by data, supported with research data.

Theresa has built and lead operational and global reporting, analytics, and data science research programs with teams in London, Hong Kong, India, Budapest, the US and now Perth.

Theresa is now excited to lead idoba’s digital product business, using data to make decisions in mining.
