Twenty years as head of data and analytics in the UK and Australia, including seven years as national head of data, performance and analytics for police and transport in London. Other industries including health, central government, telecommunications and now Gold Mining.

Data leader for a number of high-profile events including Queensland Government’s data response to COVID-19, the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and 2011 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Building high performing teams from scratch on a number of occasions, I have led teams from 2 to 120, including at a statewide, national and international level.

Led the full breadth of data services, including AI and Advanced Analytics, commercial data brokerage, open data, business intelligence, data governance, architecture, platforms and culture.

Outside of data/analytics services, I have led services including performance, strategy, planning, public websites, software development, solution architecture, change management and services planning.

Currently work for Evolution Mining as International Head of Data and Analytics (6 months).
