RiskTalk
Description
The RiskTalk workplace safety app transforms outdated form-based reports, bringing safety into the new age through innovative voice technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
RiskTalk enables workers on the ground to simply talk into their device to capture risk assessments, safety observations, and hazard and incident reporting. While also providing remote sign off capability, real-time reporting and live oversight for managers.
The technology encourages workers to think critically about their work, risks and controls, prompting a “head up, looking around” approach, as opposed to head down, ticking and flicking forms on autopilot.
RiskTalk can be used on any smart device and cognitively primes users to conduct work safely through asking the right questions. Workers are guided through pre-formulated questions, which are answered by speaking into the device and uploading photographs.
The technology is scalable having been implemented successfully by sole contractors up to large multinationals. Real-time reporting capabilities mean it’s beneficial in environments that are continually changing, such as construction, heavy industry and utilities. It is also built to operate offline, benefiting businesses without reliable access to network coverage.
RiskTalk can translate into 200+ languages, making it invaluable to organisations with a diverse workforce. From Indigenous Australians to remote corners of Africa, RiskTalk enables workers to talk about risk in their native language and, importantly, ensures they understand and can implement safety processes.
RiskTalk is also on the forefront of helping clients provide a psychologically safe workplace through emotional analysis. The technology collects thousands of vocal biomarkers through the way a person is talking. These biomarkers are then processed over AI to identify trends and outliers of emotions to understand employee engagement and wellbeing.
Following countless product iterations, customer interviews, and a strong focus on human-centred design, RiskTalk is leading the way in safety innovation and continues to evolve into the world's largest voice safety library.
