Vikash is a seasoned Industry and Technology Leader with over 15 years of experience. His expertise lies in crafting strategic roadmaps integrating business-technology capabilities for resources industries and in particular mining. Currently he is leading the Asset Management Global Technology Portfolio at Rio Tinto as part of the Asset Management Centre of Excellence.
His technology consulting experience spans across diverse industries, including Mining, Metal, Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, Manufacturing, and Utilities executing large scale 'concept to execution' technology consulting led projects across the APAC region, including Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and the Middle East.
Vikash’s academic credentials include Post Graduation in Innovation & Design Thinking from MIT/Columbia, MBA in International Business & Marketing and engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics. He also holds certifications in Digital Strategies for Business and Innovation Management and a patent holder in technology space.
