He has decades of Technology Innovation in industrial and human behavior applications, across mining, logistics, and advanced manufacturing—leading transformation at scale for current clients, raising capital and scaling a startup as CEO of MaxMine (tripling ARR and launching a global award-winning carbon product), and was the Global Leader at BHP for Digital and Data. Before that Coert was a Deloitte Partner, launching and running Advanced Analytics back in 2009 for WA, specializing in big data and AI. He blends deep capability in AI, robotics, data systems, and operating-model design with a practical understanding of how humans behave in high-pressure environments.
