I am an Engineer with 20 years of experience in Change Management and expert in Diversity and Inclusion. Founder of Fundación Comunidad Inclusiva, which promotes equal rights and opportunities for women and people with disabilities. I am a Coach and president of the International Coaching Federation, Chilean chapter.
My purpose is Diversity and Inclusion, I dream and work for a more inclusive Chile and world with equal rights for people with disabilities. As a person with a disability, I am an advocate and ambassador for various disability causes. I declare myself as a Disability Activist. Ambassador of Expo Inclusion.
