Led the global ERM and Internal Audit programs for major mining companies, and provided expertise and leadership in enhancing the whistleblower, crisis management, and organizational resilience programs for a number of organizations.
Broad professional competency in the areas of board leadership, corporate governance, strategy, financial acumen, internal controls, and enterprise risk management, as a WiM Canada Board member, Chair of the Finance Committee, and Board Member of a not-for-profit organization based in Toronto, and also from extensive interactions with boards in the private sector.
