Paul has 10 years of experience in mineral industries, mainly in phosphates with some in proppant sands and copper. He started as a continuous improvement engineer with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and has mainly worked in data analytics for mining. He previously worked as a process engineer, mine strategy engineer for long range rock supply planning, data analyst for a remote IOC standup. More recently Paul has worked as a data scientist leveraging computer vision and other machine learning methods for management and control systems in operaions. Paul now leads the operations technology data science team at the Mosaic Company.

Paul is currently working on completing a M.S. in Analytics through Georgia Tech.
