Cristián, is a results driven individual who enjoys solving complex problems that involve technical as well organizational challenges. He has successfully delivered transformational and continuous improvement initiatives across the mining value chain. This has encompassed the implementation of digital and advanced analytics, mining automation/electrification, resource engineering (in pit preconcentration and Coarse particle flotation), and safety technologies.
Currently, he is accountable for High Purity Quartz Operation, part of North America Sub Region in Sibelco.
