Joseph has ten years experience in the mining industry out of which seven has been in Continuous Improvement. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology (Ghana) and Masters degree in Engineering and Management from Coventry University (UK). Joseph has passion for Continuous improvement, solving complex operational challenges using data and working with employees to think outside the box. Worked in Ghana, United States and now the Corporate Manager for Continuous Improvement and Innovation with Kinross Gold Corporation in Toronto, Canada.
