Arthur is currently the Director of Project Development at Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen), where he works with companies and government partners to develop collaborative R&D funding challenges and projects for advanced manufacturing technologies. Prior to joining NGen, Arthur was the Head of Science, Innovation, and Policy with the British Consulate General Toronto, where he built bilateral collaboration between UK and Canada science and innovation stakeholders, namely in the automotive, battery technology, and critical mineral sectors. He also brings years of experience in industrial policy at the Government of Ontario. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer. Arthur graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
