Megan Lord‑Hoyle is Vice President, Sustainable Development, Health, Safety, Security and Environment at Baffinland Iron Mines. She leads sustainability strategy for the Mary River iron ore operation in Nunavut, overseeing environmental management, community engagement and regulatory compliance. Megan has extensive experience working with northern and Indigenous communities and advancing responsible mining practices in Canada’s Arctic region.
