Brandon Young serves as BC Hydro’s Power Smart, where he leads the evolution and growth of the utility’s energy efficiency and demand-side management strategies - with a focus on innovation, scalability, and customer engagement. With nearly 20 years at BC Hydro, Brandon has held a range of senior roles, including Senior Manager of Marketing, Brand and Digital Experience. During his tenure in marketing leadership, he helped position BC Hydro as one of the top-performing utility brands in North America. Brandon holds a degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Queen’s University.
