Elizabeth graduated from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering and a master’s degree in metallurgical engineering. Since then, she has built a robust career in the mining industry, holding various roles in consulting and operations.
In 2020, she joined Endeavour Mining as the Head of Digital Transformation, leading a company-wide program for digital innovation. In 2023, her responsibilities expanded to include operational excellence and energy transition. As of January 2024, she holds the official title of VP of Operational Excellence, Digital Innovation, and Decarbonization at Endeavour Mining.
