Eric Decker is Head of IT at Navajo Transitional Energy Company (NTEC), where he leads the technology function across six operational sites overseeing enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications that keep the business running. He is also responsible for the company's data and AI agenda, positioning technology as an enabler. Before joining NTEC, Eric spent 12 years as Director of Business Technology at Denver Water, leading a 34-person team across enterprise applications, data services, and analytics. He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
