With more than 15 years of experience in mining technology, Indy has led the deployment, commissioning, and operational support of Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS), private cellular networks, fleet management systems, and industrial wireless infrastructure across large-scale mining operations. His expertise spans both project delivery and operational readiness, with a focus on improving system reliability, interoperability, and performance in autonomous environments. Prior to joining FTP Solutions, Indy held engineering and leadership roles at Suncor Energy, supporting the deployment and sustainment of autonomous mining technologies within the oil sands business. His work included developing converged OT infrastructure and operational support models that enabled the successful adoption of digital mining systems. Today, Indy works closely with mining organizations globally to improve the performance and reliability of autonomous mining ecosystems through OT visibility, operational analytics, structured support models, and integrated infrastructure strategies that accelerate time-to-value and support sustainable, steady-state autonomous operations.
