As Country Manager for Canada, Cathy leads Canadian sales, is responsible for SAP Canada’s overall strategy, customer engagements, and driving growth across SAP’s industry-leading cloud portfolio. Prior to this role Cathy has held the executive roles of Head of Market Development for SAP Canada where she increased collaboration and visibility across the customer journey, as well as SAP Canada’s Chief Customer Officer where she earned the reputation as a trusted advisor to our customers across Canada. She has always been focused on guiding the organization to deliver industry leading customer experiences and ongoing customer success as they transform their business applications to the Cloud. Cathy spent over 17 years supporting SAP’s industry expertise team in various roles including Head of Industries and as the National Lead for Utilities. Her vast expertise and insights have been a proven value-add for our customers and our team. When Cathy is not working hand-in-hand with our customers, she is a sought-after mentor to the next generation of leaders across SAP and the industry.
