Chelsea is a commercially focused leader passionate about combining analytics and the inherent strengths of team members to solve almost any business problem. She has worked across a range of functions and industries, creating data-driven strategy and presenting information in a way that drives rapid decision making and action. Chelsea currently heads up WesTrac’s Client Solutions department, where the mission is to deliver proactive insights and digital solutions to customers to increase the availability, productivity and safety of their Caterpillar mobile equipment. The team provides customers with the data, analytics and expertise to proactively identify potential failures, reduce unplanned downtime and increase reliability, ultimately supporting Caterpillar’s lowest total cost of ownership proposition. Her team deals with over 5,000 connected assets, monitoring over 60k alerts per month, with forecast growth of 83% in FY22.
