Cris is Partner in QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s centre of excellence in AI and technology, based in Perth. He leads QuantumBlack in Asia Pacific in the mining and oil & gas industries. Cris specializes in developing and deploying large scale ML software systems with a focus on process optimization and integrated value chain planning & scheduling. His background is in nuclear research and mining, having worked in the industry for 18 years. He is a PhD candidate in causal reinforcement learning with a MsC in machine learning engineering and has a degree in Robotics Engineering.
