Corlia is a business improvement manager at Grootegeluk Exxaro. I spend most of my career at Grootegeluk coal mine, working through the different levels of Business Improvement, giving me an in-depth understanding on almost all elements of the business and the ability to truly understand the big picture with its interdependencies, and to then break the challenges down into manageable action plans. I’m most proud of the establishment and embedment of the Grootegeluk digitisation section and ensuring that data is structured correctly from base principles to enable citizen data science and reporting.
