Anna Lemekoana is the founder of Kgatontle Technical Services. A female youth owned company that specializes in process data analysis and assets performance management. She is a metallurgist by profession and has completed a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Wits business school.

She has been working in coal processing and operations for over 10 years where she moved from operational to management level. Her most recent previous role was a plant process manager.

Her hurdles over the 10 years of her career inspired her to provide technical support through Kgatontle Technical Services, to help mining operations leverage on the power of their operational data to achieve sustainable growth.
