Jack Chaston is the Strategy & Implementation Superintendent at Fortescue. He has been involved in equipment automation for the best part of 10 years across multiple mines, experiencing the full life cycle of system development, testing and validation, implementation and transition to operations. Jack is currently leading a team of mining professionals responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of mining technology across Fortescue’s mines. Outside of work Jack is an avid offshore sailor, having competed in 5 Sydney to Hobart yacht races and most recently a race from Fremantle to Exmouth.
