Peta has just completed the Core Start program for her start up business - Chameleon Mettle Group, with their focus being the human element of implementing technology within a workplace.
Much of Peta’s work, whether through Chameleon Mettle Group, as a consultant, a PhD candidate or casual lecturer at SMTafe is consistent with her passion of enabling the ‘future worker’ in technology implementation and digital ways of work.
Peta is focused on creating a culture of technology readiness, acceptance and wellbeing through understanding and application of good work design concerning human factors, skills requirements, and behavioural attributes.
Peta has a vast skill set with a PhD in autonomous mine control rooms (pending assessment), a Masters in Management, a Graduate Diploma in OHS and a Bachelor of Business, coupled with 17yrs practical mining experience in automation, technology project deployment, control rooms, analysis and improvement and mining production.
