Alloy Steel International’s 9,000 square meter state of the art Steel Mill and Manufacturing Facility in MALAGA WA combines both the milling of Chromium Carbide Wear Plate and the fabrication of field-ready applications. ASI will design and fabricate applications to meet your specifications and requirements. ASI also refurbish, enhance, and improve existing applications. Infrastructure can be sandblasted, NDT, surface treated, relined, and transported to and from the site.

Being a part of the fourth industrial revolution, we are developing the IIoT System enabling Predictive Maintenance to wear components of material handling machines in the mining industry.
Wear Asset MonitoringTM (WAM) or ASI Smart Wear Plate is a minimally intrusive online condition monitoring system for wear liners installed on mining machines. The system is called to reduce human-machine interaction (improves the EHS program of a mine site). It also will exclude planned production stand downtime for manual inspection of mining equipment, hence increase production efficiency. It will monitor operational performance and prevent wear-related catastrophic failures of the equipment. This in turn will improve product quality and overall plant availability.
